Meet The Dentist

Many of the patients who see Dr. Matthew Smith haven’t been to the dentist in years. Some feel embarrassed about their teeth, while others have simply put off care because life got busy or they worry about being judged.

Dr. Smith wants patients to know there are no lectures and no judgment in his office. His goal is to help people move forward—no matter how long it’s been or how complex the problem may seem. He works with each patient step-by-step to create a plan that feels comfortable and manageable.

Dr. Smith grew up in Westlake, Ohio and earned his DDS from The Ohio State University College of Dentistry. He lives in Rocky River with his wife Mandy, their daughters Taylor and Harper, and their dog Rocky.

Outside the office, he enjoys golf, skiing, traveling, and cheering on his daughters at their sporting events.

He is a member of the American Dental Association, the Ohio Dental Association, and the Greater Cleveland Dental Association.
