Dr. Matthew Smith, DDS
Dr. Matthew Smith was born and raised in Westlake, OH where he graduated from Westlake High School. He received a bachelor’s degree in biological sciences from Ohio University in 2004. After graduation, Dr. Smith furthered his education at The Ohio State University College of Dentistry, receiving his DDS degree in 2008.
Dr. Smith enjoys practicing multiple aspects of dentistry and has specialized training to be able to treat most complex dental problems. His focus is always on making sure his patients feel as comfortable as possible while in the office. He spends extra time getting to know his patients, their dental concerns and any fears they may have. By creating a calm and friendly atmosphere he is able to make your visit as enjoyable as possible.
He lives in Rocky River with his wife Mandy, daughters Taylor and Harper, and dog Rocky. In his free time, he enjoys playing golf, skiing, traveling and attending his daughters sporting events.
He is an ongoing member of the American Dental Association, the Ohio Dental Association and the Greater Cleveland Dental Association.
